THE HEART OF PRACTICE

free online serieS

Join the TRU Yoga School facilitators for three live sessions that explore the essence of Yoga as a living practice — not through theory, but through direct experience.

Sometimes practice isn’t about doing more — but about softening enough to feel. Through movement, rest, and sound, we return to the simplicity of presence.

Mantras for Inner Stillness

Chanting Workshop with Lalita Vega

What if sound could lead you back to silence?

A 90-minute live chanting workshop exploring the transformative power of mantra as meditation. Through sound, breath, and vibration, you’ll awaken the felt sense of resonance within your body — a vibration that quiets the mind and opens the heart. This is an invitation to listen deeply, to let the mantra sing through you, and to rediscover stillness as the true sound of the soul.

From form to feeling

Movement Inquiry with Zamir Dhanji

What if the real magic of yoga lies not in the form, but in the feeling?

A 90-minute live experience inspired by the work of Donna Farhi, exploring the deeper dimensions of asana through an introduction to the Moving Principles of Practice. These principles are not rules to follow, but doorways into presence. They teach us to move from the inside out—to discover that when we slow down, listen, and allow, movement begins to arise naturally from within.

Restful Awareness

Yoga Nidra Practice with Kristyn Rose

What if rest itself was a form of awakening?

Join us for a 90-minute live Yoga Nidra journey — a practice of conscious rest that restores the nervous system and reconnects you with effortless awareness. Through guided relaxation and subtle inner sensing, you’ll explore how stillness can become a living, breathing meditation. Restful Awareness is not about falling asleep, but about remembering the quiet presence that is always awake within you.
