BOOKING FAQ
What is the cancelation policy?
There are two different policies, one for tuition (A), the other for room and board (B):
A) For Tuition only: You have the option to either pay a $300 deposit to reserve your spot or receive a discounted rate by paying in full at the time of booking (this already includes the deposit).
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 30 days before the retreat: You’ll receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee.
- Within 30 days of the retreat: You may transfer your full payment to a future training. or you’ll receive a refund minus the $300 deposit.

B) For Room and Board only:
If guest cancels prior to 14 days before check-in date, 50% of the total booking cost will be retained as a cancellation fee. If the guest has already paid in full, the remaining 50% will be refunded. If guest cancels less than 14 days before check-in date, there are no refunds.
If guest leaves early, there are no refunds.

What is included in the tuition fee?
The tuition fee includes all program activities and classes, a comprehensive manual, personalized 1:1 support and as a bonus we have included The Inner Path Deck!
It does not include airplane or transportation fees, health insurance, accommodation, food, snacks or extra activities or treatments.
Do you offer payment plans, financial support, or local scolarships?
Yes!
- Payment plans are available upon request and prior evaluation from our facilitators.
- If you’re facing financial hardship or belong to a marginalized or underserved community, we offer the possibility of a partial exchange for tuition.
- We offer Tico scholarships. If you are a Costa Rican national contact us.
